    Turn off Fast Startup in Windows 10:

    If you get the error after upgrading to Windows 10, then your first priority is to turn off Fast Startup, which you can do by following these steps:

    1. Open the Control Panel
    2. Search Power Button from the Control Panel
    3. Click the button marked Change what the power buttons do
    4. Click Change Settings that are Currently Unavailable in the new window
    5. Scroll down and turn off Fast Startup under “Shutdown Settings

    Restart your computer to complete the change and see whether you still get the BAD_POOL_HEADER B.S.O.D with Windows 10.

    Method Four; Use a Restore Point
